Game change

How: 

  1. Start by revisiting your work. Then each person individually write 3-5 culture statements answering the ‘Reflect’ questions below.
  2. Share your statements and then work together to group them. For each group of statements, create a common “How might we...?” question that focus on addressing the statements and creating cultural change.
  3. Select the 2-3 most inspiring/innovative that help focus the change you wish to make with your Game through Culture

Reflect:

  1. How can we use cultural heritage to create games that make a difference to people, create cultural change or make the world better?
  2. How can we create cultural belonging between young people and cultural heritage? What are the current problems? How can you help?

How might we… (vælg 3)

Mere håndgribeligt: How might we connect people to their heritage in a way that feels tangible?

Hvem er vi: How might we represent our present through a cultural game?

Propaganda: How might we visualize the disconnect between the stories we tell ourselves about ourselves, and the truth in so far as "truth" exists?

Nye muligheder: How might we explore how technology affects art and cultural heritage - both material heritage, but also immaterial in what we believe and think?

Dovenskab: How might we illustrate the importance of the comfort and engagement with our past/culture.

Culture Storming

Our culture storm focused on the following question: 

“Propaganda: How might we visualize the disconnect between the stories we tell ourselves about ourselves, and the truth in so far as “truth" exists?”

We set a timer of 5 minutes and culture stormed a maximum of five ideas each. With these ideas, we categorized them:
